KwaZulu-Natal born musician Holley Rey will combine her passion for music with her love for students when she performs live at the PUMA School of Speed #3 track & field meet at Kings Park Athletics Stadium (Durban) this coming Saturday, 09 February 2019.

The PUMA School of Speed Series is South Africa’s most exhilarating Schools Athletics meet.

“I absolutely love students so when I was asked to be part of the PUMA School of Speed meet in Durban I jumped at the opportunity,” says Rey.  “Music is a huge part of student life and it’s a huge part of training.  It’s great that the organizers of the meet are incorporating music into the event.  I am looking forward to watching some of the races and hope to meet some of South Africa’s rising stars, while taking some selfies with the future Caster Semenya’s.

“My beautiful dancers, Cent and Mbali will join me at the PUMA School of Speed #3,” continues Rey.  “They always light up the stage with their amazing moves.  Students must get ready to sing along to “Deeper” and hear the new collaboration that I did with “Colours Of Sound” titled “Joy” which is starting to gain momentum on radio stations including Metro FM and Gagasi FM.”

Headed by the World’s Fastest Man Usain Bolt, the PUMA School of Speed Series was launched in 2016 with the goal of identifying exceptional young South African athletes who believe that their future is #ForeverFaster.  Junior track and field stars between the ages of 14-19 can follow in the footsteps of Usain Bolt.
